How to Use: Using dry hands, apply one pump of Step One to dry face, and massage in an upward, circular motion for 30 to 60 seconds. Then, wet hands and massage the water onto the face, turning Step One into a milky emulsion. Rinse with lukewarm water and continue to a second cleanser.
